Selling at auction has become, nowadays, the most rational choice.  The experts of the Auction House will advise you on the most appropriate auction, where to place your goods, and thus obtain the maximum value.

Lucas Auction House will take care of all expenses related to the sale: expert advice, insurance, photographs, cataloging, advertising, etc.. You will only be asked for a single commission, established at the time of the sale and which you will only have to pay if the property is sold. 

After the auction, we will send you an e-mail with the outcome of the auction. In the case of a sale, we will specify the hammer price, the auction fees (our commission), and the net price that we will pay you.

Lucas Auction House undertakes, 30 working days after the auction, and provided that it has received payment from the buyer, to pay you the amount due by the method you chose when signing the mandate to sell (bank check to be collected at our offices or bank transfer). At that time, you will also receive a regular invoice, i.e. the buyer's receipt.

If, unfortunately, your properties have not found a buyer, we will evaluate together the opportunity to re-present them in a future auction and at what price.

In addition, it is possible that in the period immediately following the auction (so-called after-auction), your property may be the subject of an offer to purchase in private treaty by a potential buyer: you will be informed immediately, and you can then decide whether to accept or reject this offer.

We kindly ask you to fill in the form carefully, indicating all the information you have about the work/object and its origin, as well as to send clear pictures, in order to allow us to make an estimate as correct as possible. If you wish to submit more goods for viewing, please use more than one form. The information you will receive is strictly confidential and will only be given to the owner, for the sole purpose of considering the possibility of entrusting it to Lucas Auction House. Other uses are expressly forbidden.
